機床采用(yong)日本東榮伺(si)服(fu)(fu)放大(da)器(qi)控制,故(gu)障(zhang)現(xian)(xian)象為(wei)運轉準(zhun)備后(hou),能夠實現(xian)(xian)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電(dian)機的鎖住(zhu),但(dan)在(zai)handle進給移動(dong)(dong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),機床出(chu)現(xian)(xian)較大(da)震動(dong)(dong)后(hou),瞬(shun)間出(chu)現(xian)(xian)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)偏差過(guo)(guo)(guo)大(da)報警及伺(si)服(fu)(fu)放大(da)器(qi)AL18(負載過(guo)(guo)(guo)載)報警,機床停止。首先檢查了(le)(le)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電(dian)機、伺(si)服(fu)(fu)放大(da)器(qi),但(dan)都沒有問(wen)題,為(wei)此(ci)(ci)(ci)曾懷疑是NC系統或通訊線路有問(wen)題。但(dan)在(zai)MDI方式下監視到手動(dong)(dong)轉動(dong)(dong)1圈絲杠的反饋脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)數(shu)只有50000pulse,而實際應(ying)該為(wei)100000pulse( 10mm),為(wei)此(ci)(ci)(ci)用(yong)示波(bo)器(qi)檢查了(le)(le)編碼器(qi)的反饋脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong),在(zai)從(cong)NC板觀測輸入輸出(chu)回(hui)路的波(bo)形時發現(xian)(xian)B 相脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)不(bu)*,出(chu)現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)部分丟(diu)失,為(wei)此(ci)(ci)(ci)更換(huan)了(le)(le)編碼器(qi),故(gu)障(zhang)解決(jue)。此(ci)(ci)(ci)故(gu)障(zhang)可(ke)從(cong)三環控制原理進行解釋(shi),故(gu)障(zhang)是由于位置反饋的脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)丟(diu)失,致使NC系統需(xu)不(bu)斷增(zeng)加脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)數(shu),從(cong)而造成了(le)(le)電(dian)流值(zhi)增(zeng)加,從(cong)而出(chu)現(xian)(xian)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)過(guo)(guo)(guo)載檢測報警。此(ci)(ci)(ci)故(gu)障(zhang)加深了(le)(le)對伺(si)服(fu)(fu)控制原理的理解也拓(tuo)寬了(le)(le)分析解決(jue)故(gu)障(zhang)的思路。
