故障診斷方法
常規檢查法
目(mu)測 目(mu)測故障板,仔細檢(jian)查有無(wu)(wu)(wu)保(bao)險(xian)絲燒斷(duan),元器件燒焦,煙(yan)熏,開裂現(xian)象(xiang),有無(wu)(wu)(wu)異物斷(duan)路(lu)現(xian)象(xiang)。以此(ci)可判斷(duan)板內有無(wu)(wu)(wu)過流,過壓(ya),短路(lu)等問題。
手摸 用手摸并輕搖元(yuan)器件,尤(you)其是(shi)阻容,半(ban)導(dao)體器件有無松動之感,以此可(ke)檢(jian)查出一些斷(duan)腳,虛焊等問題。
通電 首先用萬(wan)用表檢查各種(zhong)電源之間(jian)有(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)斷路,如無(wu)(wu)即可接(jie)入相應的(de)電源,目測有(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)冒煙,打火等現象,手摸(mo)元器件有(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)異(yi)常發熱,以此(ci)可發現一(yi)些較為(wei)明顯(xian)的(de)故障,而縮小檢修(xiu)范圍。
例如(ru):在哈爾濱某(mou)工(gong)廠排除故(gu)障(zhang)時,機(ji)(ji)(ji)床的數控系統和PLC運(yun)(yun)行正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),但(dan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)床的液壓(ya)系統無法啟(qi)動,用(yong)(yong)編程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)器(qi)檢(jian)查PLC程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)運(yun)(yun)行正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),各所需信號狀態(tai)均滿足開機(ji)(ji)(ji)條件。進(jin)一(yi)步檢(jian)查中(zhong)發(fa)(fa)現,PLC信號狀態(tai)與圖紙(zhi)和設備上(shang)的標記不一(yi)致,停機(ji)(ji)(ji)拔(ba)出(chu)電路板(ban)檢(jian)查,發(fa)(fa)現PLC兩(liang)塊輸(shu)出(chu)板(ban)編址不對(dui),與另兩(liang)塊位置搞錯(cuo)(cuo),經交(jiao)換(huan)后(hou),機(ji)(ji)(ji)床正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)。對(dui)于發(fa)(fa)生這個故(gu)障(zhang)的機(ji)(ji)(ji)床所采用(yong)(yong)的SIMATIC S5—150K可編程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控制(zhi)器(qi),只要編址正(zheng)(zheng)確,無論將線路板(ban)的位置怎樣排列(lie),系統均能正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan),但(dan)相應地執行元件和信號源(yuan)必須正(zheng)(zheng)確地對(dui)應,一(yi)旦對(dui)應錯(cuo)(cuo)誤(wu)就會(hui)發(fa)(fa)生故(gu)障(zhang),甚至(zhi)毀壞機(ji)(ji)(ji)床。另外,根據用(yong)(yong)戶提供的故(gu)障(zhang)現象,結合自己(ji)的現場觀察,運(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong)系統工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)亦可迅速做(zuo)出(chu)正(zheng)(zheng)確判斷。
