經常(chang)遇到(dao)通電無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)的(de)故(gu)障,變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)上電無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)原(yuan)因的(de)故(gu)障通常(chang)發(fa)生在三(san)個(ge)模塊上,一是接(jie)觸器(qi);二是變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)面(mian)板;三(san)是給控制(zhi)(zhi)面(mian)板供電的(de)電源模塊;對于變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)維修時無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)的(de)三(san)種情況(kuang)應該(gai)如何(he)檢查(cha),如何(he)處理呢?分析如下:
變頻器通(tong)電無顯示故障(zhang)的檢查與解決方法
故障檢測一:變頻器通(tong)電的瞬(shun)間,正常情況(kuang)下有(you)接觸器吸合的聲音,如果沒(mei)有(you)這種聲音,則可能(neng)是接觸器壞(huai)了(le)。
解(jie)決方法(fa):更換(huan)新的(de)接(jie)觸器
故(gu)障檢測二:如(ru)(ru)果接觸器(qi)無(wu)問(wen)題(ti),則(ze)檢測電(dian)源(yuan)模塊是否有(you)問(wen)題(ti),如(ru)(ru)果變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)LED燈亮,說明高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)供(gong)電(dian)正常。檢測低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)供(gong)電(dian)沒(mei)有(you)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),這(zhe)是開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)不(bu)(bu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的現象(xiang)。開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)源(yuan)不(bu)(bu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)相當(dang)于開(kai)(kai)關(guan)管不(bu)(bu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),檢測直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)沒(mei)有(you)送過來,則(ze)是連接高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)端(duan)與脈沖變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)初(chu)級端(duan)之間降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)阻損壞開(kai)(kai)路(lu),進而(er)導(dao)致高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)未加(jia)到(dao)脈沖變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初(chu)級繞組上。開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)無(wu)法工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),整個變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)無(wu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)供(gong)電(dian),出現無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)故(gu)障。
解決方法:更換降壓電阻。

過流維護(hu)(oc)
(1)當(dang)變頻器鍵盤上顯現“fooc”時“oc”閃爍,此刻可(ke)按“∧”鍵進入毛病查(cha)詢狀況(kuang),可(ke)查(cha)到毛病時運轉頻率、輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)、運轉狀況(kuang)等(deng),可(ke)依據(ju)運轉狀況(kuang)及(ji)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的巨細,判定其(qi)“oc”維(wei)(wei)護是負(fu)載過重(zhong)維(wei)(wei)護仍是vce維(wei)(wei)護(輸出(chu)有短路現象、驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)路毛病及(ji)干擾等(deng));
(2)若查詢時(shi)確認因為(wei)負載(zai)較重形成加速上升(sheng)時(shi)電(dian)流過大(da),此刻(ke)適(shi)當調整加速時(shi)間及合適(shi)的v/f特性曲(qu)線;
(3)假如沒接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,空(kong)運轉(zhuan)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)跳“oc”維護,應(ying)斷(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)查(cha)看(kan)(kan)igbt是(shi)否(fou)損壞(huai),查(cha)看(kan)(kan)igbt的(de)續流二(er)極管(guan)和ge間的(de)結電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容是(shi)否(fou)正常。若正常,則需查(cha)看(kan)(kan)驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu):查(cha)看(kan)(kan)驅動線插(cha)接位置(zhi)是(shi)否(fou)正確,是(shi)否(fou)有偏移,是(shi)否(fou)虛插(cha);查(cha)看(kan)(kan)是(shi)否(fou)是(shi)因hall及線不良(liang)導致“oc”;查(cha)看(kan)(kan)驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)放大元件(如ic33153等)或光耦(ou)是(shi)否(fou)有短(duan)路(lu)現象(xiang)(xiang);查(cha)看(kan)(kan)驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)否(fou)有斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)、短(duan)路(lu)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻變(bian)值現象(xiang)(xiang);
(4)若在(zai)運轉(zhuan)過程中跳“oc”,則應(ying)查看電機是否堵轉(zhuan)(機械卡死),形成負載電流(liu)突變引起過流(liu);
(5)在減(jian)速(su)過程中跳(tiao)“oc”,則(ze)需依據負載(zai)的(de)類型及(ji)輕重,相應調整減(jian)速(su)時間及(ji)減(jian)速(su)形式等。
